Following the beta release of all-new Android 11, Google rolled out the Beta 1.5 Update Patch. This minor fix solves the issues involving the absence of G Pay and crashing of the device.

To be more specific about the updates:

The device does not reboot accidentally while using gesture navigation to switch the apps while changing the orientation of the screen at the same time.

Those users resetting the device and then setting up the system can easily activate PSIM if they were using eSIM service before.

There are no issues faced related to Google Pay payment problems.

All in all, the main updates that are addressed are the Google Pay problems and issues which are a big deal for people using Android 11 Beta devices as their daily driver. Furthermore, there is an important fix for Bluetooth devices like WearOS devices.

There are also some fixes in Android Auto, the problems like sound being played on the phone speaker instead of the Cars/ any vehicle speakers. Google is still in the process of a thorough investigation of the no projection on the initial plugin of the device.

There are reports that suggest that there are many subtle changes and bugs resolved but not officially announced. The people already on this Beta 11 will see this update in a span of a few days, as per the reports. Also, even if you are not in the Beta program of Android 11 and are eagerly waiting for these issues to be tweaked, then they can easily opt-in and receive an OTA update in no time on their Pixel devices. Although the factory images for the custom flashing and modification are also available, as of now there are no images that could be seen on the site.

The CEOs of the top tech companies have clearly indicated that the executives of Google, Amazon and Facebook are willing to testify on the impact/influence of these big tech giants.

Sundar Pichai(Google), Mark Zuckerberg(Facebook), Jeff Bezos(Amazon) showed their interest in testifying by sending letters to the House Judiciary Committee last weekend to signal that Sundar Pichai and Mark Zuckerberg are open to testifying as a part of an antitrust probe going on. Besides Google and Facebook make their testimony on the conditioned testimony of the top executive officers of the other tech firms.

The commitments were reported by the Washington Post and NBC confirmed the news with the sources at both companies.A lawyer for Amazon CEO will also be testifying. Well on the contrary, the CEO of another prominent tech giant Tim Cook (Apple Inc.) has not given any hint for that matter (Maybe Apple is trying to hide under the table). One of Apple’s official spokespersons denied to answer.

The judiciary, The House Judiciary Antitrust Subcommittee led by David Cicilline conducted a thorough investigation on the tech firm to make it clear that their power doesn’t possess any threat to competition and everyone gets equal opportunities.

In any case, the public testimony of these powerful VIPs will prove to be a significant event in the battle between Silicon Valley and Washington DC. In fact, this will be the first time Jeff Bezos will ever testify before congress.

Upgrading options for Mac Pros are now available for MacBooks in various upgrading kits in 1 Terabytes, 2 Terabytes, 4 Terabytes and 8 Terabytes options. This corresponds to the price range of $600 to $2800 in the USA.

Each of the upgrading kits are equipped with 2 SSD options with an internal storage capacity. This will allow us to upgrade the storage spaces of MacBook on our own or at least with minimal assistance. Until today, each person with a MacBook has to reach Apple stores near them, a genius bar or any of the Apple authorized service providers. Well, this does not work when the nearest centeris not available with the accessories needed. And the loss of warranty of the MacBook has to be considered too.

The drives are very much self-installable. The problem until now was the T2 chip; the person who is authorized with the T2 chip was only able to upgrade the hard disk. The speeds of the upgrading kit would be identical to the previous solid-state drive that comes inbuilt with the system. And if one is using older drives, then it could simply upgrade the reading and writing speeds (which are already on a faster side in MacBook’s). We’ll all of us would agree that the price is on the higher side, but that’s actually a trade-off we need to do to experience the premium quality of Apple products with exceptional customer support.

With easy access to courier services for eCommerce portals, ordering an Android TV online and getting it delivered to your doorstep is easy. But, how would it feel if you could get your hands on an Android TV that could recognize your voice and respond to your commands. We live in 2020 where almost everything involves smart tech and they all are incorporated in our lives in such a way that it’s now a part of our lives.

We have got smartphones, smart washing machines, air conditioners, smart TV, and even smart home. Now everything you want those devices to do is just a click away. Some of these smart devices are being adopted by more and more people around the globe and those are smartphones and smart TV. Smart TVs are a great way of having all the infotainment sources in one device. Almost all the smart TVs are powered by Android and nowadays Google is developing the UI of those Android TVs more and more interactive and easy to use.

One of the best features these smart TVs have is the voice assistant feature. These voice assistants are not as good as the one we see in our phones; however, Google recently had something to say regarding the voice assistant technology.

Google recently suggested that all the voice assistance features we used to have in our phones may now also be seen in other devices like speakers, smart displays, and even smart televisions. The Google team has discovered a coding algorithm, which can help in recognizing the user’s voice.

This feature will be very helpful in your viewing experience as you can just ask your TV to direct you to your Netflix profile instead of navigating through the UI. We are not sure when we can expect to see these changes in our devices, but once it arrives it’s going to be a hit.

We can’t say for sure what features Google is planning to incorporate in order to make all its devices complete. Google is also preparing Android TV dongle, which can clearly get some help from voice match technology.

When you own a smart TV, chances are that there is going to be more than one user, and being able to differentiate between users’ voices by the device itself will prove to be a lifesaver.

What we all and even you might be wondering is why hasn’t this technology been available sooner; whatever the reason may be, we are happy that at least it will be available to us now.

On Thursday, Sony revealed its super-sleek PlayStation 5 console, and images of the new gaming system spread rapidly to social media. The highly anticipated device on the front and back is tall and thin, and white, with blue lights and black accents on the sides. But before gamers get their hands on the PS5, at least they can question the new look.

Sony seems to have taken a big leap in design when it came to the unveiling of the new PS5 with people talking about it all over the internet. People are criticizing, some adoring, and some spreading laughter over the PS5.

Even among the media, as soon as the first photograph surfaced, there was a significant, not to mention immediate, difference of opinion.

Many gamers on Twitter compared the PS5 to web routers and honestly, it’s hard to deny the resemblance.

Others were wondering if the console, like the Nintendo Wii, could be placed on its side instead of being supported on a stand. Sony only displayed upright pictures of the PS5 and its wavy white shell could prevent it from being able to sit flat on its side. People who were pleased with Sony’s ambitious design switch compared the PS5 to a spacecraft also compared one Twitter user.

The PS5 was eventually released but Sony did not disclose the exact release date and how much it would cost all console models. Expect to learn more about the next-gen plans of the company as it approaches the 2020 holiday season.

Many thought that it graded from the most positive to the most negative. Here are a few comments from people:

“I love it. Weird and alien and bizarre,” Henry T. Casey

“I think that’s all right.”-Roland Moore-Colyer, Editor.

“It looks like an art deco lamp made love by a storm-trooper. In fact, I hate it not. “– Brian Westover.

“I think it’s bizarre and kind of ugly.” – Mike Andronico

Whatever the world or team thinks about the new PS, it does not matter much. We think the other way. We don’t mind too much, as we are not particularly concerned about the appearance of the PS5. Consoles needn’t look pretty, as demonstrated by everything from PS3 to Xbox One. They need to play excellent games and it looks like the latest console from Sony will be able to do just that, based on the first big showcase of the PS5.

Once launched, the new PS5 will be available at all offline and online stores. Gear up to place your order and get your hands on the new playstation delivered by ecommerce courier services.

Uber has wasted on a high-profile deal, which would have provided this food delivery business a significant boost that saw a surge of demand during the pandemic. Just Eat Takeaway has offered to acquire the US-based Grubhub app for $7.3bn (£5.8bn) in a deal that would build the world’s largest food delivery service outside China.

Uber was trying to buy Grubhub as the integrated food ordering and distribution company would have rivaled the industry leader DoorDash or maybe even surpassed it. Soon after discussions between both the two companies were publicly disclosed in May, a bunch of U.S. senators warned the top antitrust authorities in the country asking for scrutiny of the potential deal.

Grubhub values at $7.3 billion. Its shares in after-hours trading jumped 6 percent. The merger is subject to shareholders’ approval of the company and is expected to close early next year, would also mark the entry of Just Eat Takeaway into the US. The company currently operates in 23 countries.

Grubhub has also reportedly recently been acknowledged by US lawmakers’ rising pressure. It is still likely that the agreement with Just Eat Takeaway will attract several other criticisms, just not the same. Just Eat Takeaway itself is the outcome of a tie-up between British service Just Eat and Takeaway.com, a Dutch company.

And under contract terms that will require approval by both sets of shareholders, the shareholders of Grubhub will own 30 percent of the group. During the pandemic, there had been an increase in demand in the foodservice industry when government shutdowns prohibited restaurants from feeding diners at their premise.

Grubhub was founded in 2004 and has managed to help to promote the meal delivery concept. Nevertheless, the company has faced intense competition in the marketplace in recent years from the likes of Uber, DoorDash, and Postmates, each of which was well-funded through venture funding. In particular, Uber didn’t fear losing billions to new market opportunities and segments.

There’s a new update in the Quibi streaming service so that streaming should also be supported in television by the use of Google Chromecast. Quibi is the best streaming service having a bunch of original content or videos, but only mobile phones support this. Due to this lock-down, all the people sitting at their homes want to watch shows on their TV; that’s why Quibi made this update.

The latest update, on Tuesday, shows up two or three weeks after Quibi included the AirPlay support, which at that time was preferred for streaming its shows and original content videos beyond a mobile screen.

As of Tuesday evening, the Android form of the application, which was refreshed on May 20th, doesn’t support Chromecast.

When Quibi was launched, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it doesn’t become that famous. People didn’t show any interest in its launch. And at this time, when lots of people are sitting in home and streaming different services, Quibi’s marketing has failed to break through other streaming apps audiences and very little content appears to be taking off.

At the beginning of the launch, there are near about 1.7 million downloads, but that was just because of the largely free subscription promotion. Jeffrey Katzenberg, the co-founder was blaming pandemic for its struggles.

“I attribute everything that has gone wrong to coronavirus”, the co-founder told the press. As of early May, Quibi had less than 1.5 million subscribers.

The main reason behind this Quibi’s lukewarm launch is the lack of limitations on the app. The first thing is that it only supports mobile phones and not TV. And it also doesn’t allow the subscribers to take a screenshot or record a particular show so that they can share on any social media platform.

The corporate took more than a month to launch AirPlay Assist, but now after two months from the launch of Quibi, they are giving Chromecast Assist too. In any case, the corporate still can’t seem to put out committed Quibi applications for Amazon Fire gadgets, Roku, or other streaming platforms.

During the present times, the best way to stream Quibi on the big screen is to utilize a mirroring feature from Apple or Google.

The tech giant Apple has launched the all-new iPhone and Apple watch new compatibility features and has named it “iPhone + Apple Watch”. This campaign is aimed to reinforce the benefits one will get when both the devices are integrated together.

The campaign is live on Apple’s Homepage and it showcases different features that will be unlocked once both the devices are synced. It goes something like this-

“Get directions on iPhone and tap on your wrist when you need to turn. Check your heart rate on Apple Watch and track it over the last hour, day, month, or year on iPhone. When you put the two of them together, they add up to so much more.”

Apple has always focused on showcasing the hands-off ability that this integration provides to its users and it is pretty evident by the looks of the homepage of Apple. Abilities such as heart rate tracking, answering calls, playing songs, and tracking health-related data and analysis of all this can be done after syncing both the smart device where iPhone is the brains behind all the processes mainly.

Here are some of the examples of the feature that can be unlocked after syncing your Apple watch with your iPhone-

If you don’t have your iPhone near you, with just a glance over your watch, you could know who’s calling and can either answer or ignore it.

You can shift the call on your watch to your phone just by tapping on it and it can even be changed into FaceTime.

One can just raise their watch and see who’s texting them and that’s not it; a reply can also be sent through watches. Quick fun replies were never this easy.

If your hands are full, no worries just ask Siri to reply to the text on your watch.

iPhones are famous for their amazing photo capturing ability. With Apple Watch, you can set a shot and then capture it through tapping on your watch.

The photos taken can be set as an Apple watch’s face.

With the help of Apple’s Music library, it’s now very easy to access music and control the playlist through your watch.

It’s not just music that can be listened to; you can also listen to podcasts and audiobooks with the help of your watch and iPhone.

Health stats like heart rate can be tracked all the time through your watch, and then can be analyzed by the app on your iPhone. If our heart rate suddenly spikes or is too low, a notification will be shown.

These are some of the features; however, there are a lot of features that Apple has incorporated into this campaign. And we can expect a lot of new features to come up in the near future.

A text string specially formatted, text-bomb that could be sent to a customer on any messaging platform with such a “content preview” feature put iPhone users in danger last month. The iPhone crashed when the message appeared on the screen. It was as simple as that. Thankfully the iPhone would reboot regularly. This is frustrating and nothing more. Currently, it looks like it’s the phase of Android. Only this time the problem will cripple a device, prompting a reboot to start it up again.

Initially noticed by Ice Universe, and shared on Twitter, it appears that the issue sits with the formatting of a particular image. The problem is with the color space of this particular image.

Android usually tries to show sRGB but instead uses the RGB color space for this graphic. The device converts color space on Android 11, but it does not do so on Android 10.

The problem is triggered by the image’s color profile, which reaches the limitations of what Android can accommodate. This means the issue is not restricted to this specific image. It’s a design error and so it may be found in many even to surface pictures.

This issue doesn’t affect all Android phones; it crashes Xiaomi, Samsung and Google phones, users claim, but not Huawei or OnePlus. And that much of that is anecdotal. And, it should be noted, this is not a manufacturer problem, it remains with Google and the Android OS. For any feedback on the identified flaw, Google has been notified.

This picture seems to be doing the rounds on social media, as you would have expected. No matter how enticing it may be to see the problem for yourself, don’t. There are now more than enough videos online where you can see the impact.

You ‘re not only going to happen upon this image, or one formatted like it, it’s going to be sent straight or through a link. You should be confident that in a fairly short time, other photos would be designed with the same vulnerability to try to deceive more of you into falling prey. Avoid the urge.

It is time for the next generation on console wars to begin. Sony and Microsoft will be locking horns for quite some time now. They both have tricks in their sleeves and it will be exciting yet again to see how these giants deal with competition as the industry braces for yet another jump in technology and features.

Sony announced an event where it said it would showcase the future of gaming. A top executive also stated that a way to keep the current PS4 users engaged could be to make the upcoming titles for PS5 also compatible with PS4. This strategy is very much similar to Xbox, which proposed that the games for Series X would be compatible with Xbox One too.

The executive also said that Sony is a believer in generations’ concept. And given the efforts that are put into creating and developing a new generation. It is well justified that the more modern generation consoles ought to have features that are exclusive to them and deliver a far greater experience for the users if they upgrade. This statement is directed towards Xbox.

He also stated that games should be developed, keeping in mind that they would fulfill the potential of the new generation consoles. A unique feature, it can be 3D sound, Dual Sense Controller, or SSD, should be something that gives the gamers an experience that can be delivered in the real sense on PS5.

Xbox differs with Sony on this and has announced the gamers who are currently playing on the latest hardware will be able to upgrade to the next-gen games for free as the experience of newer gen is unique and cannot be replicated. Also, Xbox has been working towards making the transition smoother as look forward to the launch of Halo Infinite. It will work on ‘Smart delivery’ i.e. the software would sense and download the compatible version of the game for the console.

Game saved data and the achievements would be in sync across all devices. In these terms, Xbox appears to be ahead of Sony, who still lacks a precise approach. Sony has reportedly told its PS4 developers that all the games developed and submitted beyond July 13th, should be compatible with PS5. They also asked the developers to keep all the PS4 features intact.

For now, this is just the beginning; it will be more fascinating once the next-gen games are released, although everyone currently in the industry is just dying to have a glimpse of the PS5. What are your thoughts on the same? Let us know in the comment section below.
