Samsung to introduce 5G technology to their mid-range smartphones this year

It was only a few days back that Samsung announced the launching of 5G technology into the company’s new Galaxy A-series that is Galaxy A51 and A71 phones. Introduction of this 5G facility to the company’s, no doubt, most extravagant phone line-up, is a brand new experience for the company itself.

The main aim is to design a phone that can provide chic features to the people without making the phone too pricey because obviously nobody would want to pay an unreasonably high amount of money. The most affordable one would cost around $110 while the price of the most expensive ones would reach as high as $600, which can support 5G connectivity too. Features like Android 10 software with One UI 2.0 along with a 3.5mm headphone jack, is like a cherry on the cake.

Now, let us get an insight into each phone’s features. Two of these has released on the April 9th while the others will be releasing later. 5G connectivity has made A51 5G and A71 5G phones even more advanced.

Talking about the features, the A51 5G phone has a 2x Cortex-A77 at 2.2GHz SoC along with a display of 6.5 inches, SAMOLED FHD+ 2400 X 1080 and a hole punch camera in the screen. 4GB of RAM and 128 of GB of onboard storage along with 512 of GB of additional storage, makes it attractive all the more. The ultrawide-angle of the camera can record a 4K resolution video making the footage look even.  Samsung promotes this product as having the most “gingered up performance” using a 10nm octa-core processor.

The features of Galaxy A71 5G is quite similar to the A51 with minor differences like the display size that is 6.7 inches, 8GB of RAM and 64 MP rear camera whereas it is 48MP in case of A51.

Now, if we dive into the affordability and competence, A11 and A21 will stand out as their prices are about $180 and $250 respectively and both having octa-core processors. The company will be launching them sometime in summer. The A11 has a whooping three-lens rear camera that is wide-angle, ultrawide angle and depth. The phone also has a 6.4-inch HD+ display to offer along with 4,000mAh battery, 2GB RAM and 32 GB storage.

The A21 is not very different from A11. It has only 0.1-inch longer screen. The highlight of this phone is that it offers a quad-lens rear camera which includes a macro lens in addition to the three-lens rear camera of A11. 4000mAh, 3GB of RAM and 15W wired fast charging makes it even more attractive.

All in all, the main efficiency of the phones is to provide the 5G technology effectively without having to spend thousands of money, and I think Samsung has successfully reached its’s target in this aspect. Also, the shimmering glass effect is so magnificent that you cannot give it a miss. Although Samsung has not officially disclosed the prices of the new 5G variants of the phone, it is said that the customers can easily avail them in the starting of April depending upon the 5G availability of that region.
